Navigating the 7 Cs of Leadership

Wed, Oct 16, 2013 | 9:30 – 11am

Event Description

The word leadership is a pretty broad term that we all know the meaning of on the surface, but leadership is a rather complex concept. There are many types of leaders who exhibit various qualities and have different personalities. There are quiet leaders, vocal leaders, and those who lead with an iron fist.

Yet all leaders, no matter how they rule, will encounter difficult times at some point. Do they know how to get through trying times? In these days of a struggling economy, tough times might be more likely to strike and for longer than in years past. In the past, leaders might have braced for a small wave of misfortune or downturn, but the struggles of today have been present for awhile and could continue for some time. There are so many factors that could challenge your organization. Each and every employee who faces different challenges at home can often bring these problems into their professional life.

So, when it seems like the whole thing is going to cave in, do you know how to lead your team through turbulent times? There are rarely situations that are impossible to get out of. You might take a few hits along the way and have to make some tough decisions, but Mike can show you what to do when your organization runs into choppy, raging storms and help see you through to smooth sailing.

This is an exciting workshop where you will learn the valuable 7 Cs, which are those concepts that Mike employs when guiding leaders through tough times. Because when those times hit, the worst thing you can do is panic or give up. Maybe your turbulent times have already come, or maybe you’re bracing for what you think is inevitable. Maybe you’d like to avoid those challenges altogether. No matter what situation your organization is in, Mike can help with the Seven Cs of Leadership.
