It was a good reminder that we all need to adapt in order to effectively communicate.
Great turnout of newcomers this morning. Dan offered some great insights from the DISC model and how recognizing one’s own default style, recognizing the style of others and being able to adapt leads to better results. He also gifted each of us with a handy bookmark to remind of the styles and what differentiates them.
